COAs & lot tracking
Batches
Section titled “Batches”We buy in numbered batches (lots). Each batch is received, inspected, and stored with its certificate of analysis (COA) from an independent lab showing identity and purity. A batch is either next, drawing (the one we pick from), depleted or expired.
We pick first-in, first-out from the oldest drawing batch, so nothing sits.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”- Every order page lists the lot number each vial was drawn from, with a link to the COA.
- COAs on your dashboard lists every lot you have shipped so far, with its COA.
- The lot number is printed on each label. If a customer asks, send them the COA from your COA page; it matches the lot on the vial.
Recalls and questions
Section titled “Recalls and questions”If a lot ever needs to be pulled, we know every order that drew from it and can give you the list of affected shipments immediately. We keep lot, batch and shipment records for at least three years.
