Labels & proofs
Every vial we ship carries your label. Design is free, revisions during onboarding are free, and we print and apply labels per vial at the published rate.
What’s on the label
Section titled “What’s on the label”- Your brand name and logo.
- Compound and size, e.g. BPC-157 · 5 mg.
- “For research use only. Not for human consumption.”
- Lot number and expiry, filled in per batch at print time.
- Storage instructions.
Labels are 2.0 × 1.0 inches and wrap a standard 2 mL or 3 mL vial. There is no QR code: at this size it would not scan reliably, so the lot number is the trace and the COA is on your dashboard.
The proof cycle
Section titled “The proof cycle”- After you map a product we prepare a proof: the label rendered at print size with sample lot data.
- It appears under Products on your dashboard. Review it and either Approve or Request changes with a note.
- Approvals are logged with your name and time. Orders waiting on that proof release to the pick queue.
- Each revision gets a new version number. Approving v3 does not approve v2.
Artwork
Section titled “Artwork”Send us your logo as SVG, PDF or a PNG at least 1,000 px wide, plus brand colors. We design the first version. If you have your own label design, send the print-ready file at 2.0 × 1.0 in, 300 dpi or vector, with the lot and expiry areas left clear; we’ll place them.
Rules we hold to
Section titled “Rules we hold to”Labels must not make therapeutic or human-use claims. We’ll ask you to revise wording that does. This protects your brand as much as ours.
