Company verification & agreement
What we collect
Section titled “What we collect”During onboarding, before the agreement can be signed:
- Legal company name as registered with the IRS, plus your EIN (format
12-3456789). - Business phone and business address (also used on statements).
- Authorized signer: full legal name and title of the person who signs and is responsible for the account.
- Signer’s government ID: driver’s license or passport, photo or PDF.
- EIN letter (IRS CP-575 or 147C) or your formation document showing the legal name and EIN.
- Resale certificate, optional.
Files must be JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF and under 8 MB each. If you re-submit, the new file replaces the old one of the same kind.
We hold and ship research-use-only compounds under your brand. Knowing the legal entity and the person behind it is how we keep the platform for legitimate businesses and how we answer carriers, banks or regulators if asked. Verification is done by LabShipped staff within one business day; you can continue onboarding meanwhile. If something can’t be verified we’ll email you before pausing anything.
The agreement
Section titled “The agreement”The Fulfillment Services Agreement is shown in full on the signing step. It covers services, your plan, fulfillment charges, the prepaid balance, your responsibilities, verification, records and confidentiality, term and termination, liability, and electronic signatures.
To sign, the authorized signer types their full name exactly as entered in the previous step, confirms their title, and ticks two boxes: agreement to the terms and consent to sign electronically. We record:
- the typed name and title,
- the date and time,
- the IP address and browser,
- the agreement version and a cryptographic hash of the exact text shown.

Changing details later
Section titled “Changing details later”Legal name and billing address can be edited under Settings. To change the EIN, the signer or the uploaded documents, email [email protected]; we re-verify and confirm by email.
