Getting started

1. Apply

Go to app.labshipped.com/apply. We ask for your name, work email, brand name, store URL, platform and expected monthly volume, and you choose a password.

• 50 or more orders a month is approved instantly and you land in onboarding.
• Under 50 is reviewed by a person within one business day. You’ll get an email when it’s approved.

2. Plan, company details and agreement

Onboarding has four steps and takes about ten minutes if you have your documents ready.

Company	Legal company name, EIN, phone, business address, authorized signer, signer’s ID, EIN letter	We ship regulated research products under your name. We must know who we’re doing business with.
Agreement	Typed signature from the authorized signer	The fulfillment agreement, e-signed. See verification & agreement.
Store	Platform, domain and an API key from your store admin	Orders sync in and tracking writes back. See Connect your store.
Funding	A card for the flat account fee, a linked bank account, an opening transfer	Fulfillment is paid from a prepaid balance. See billing & funding.

You go live the moment funding is set up. Orders that arrive before the opening transfer posts wait as “held for funds” and ship the day it lands.

3. Products and labels

Once your store is connected, every SKU we see gets a row under Products. Match each one to a LabShipped catalog item (auto-match usually gets it right) and approve the label proof we prepare. Nothing ships for a product until its proof is approved. See Products & SKU mapping and Labels & proofs.

4. First order

Place a test order in your own store. Within a few minutes it appears under Orders as Received, then Packing. When it ships you’ll see the tracking number, and your store gets the tracking too. The cost breakdown on the order page shows exactly what was charged to your balance.

Signing in later

Your dashboard is at app.labshipped.com. The Log in link on labshipped.com goes there too.
