Pricing & fees
The fees are on the pricing page. Per-vial prices are private: they are on the rate card you receive when you apply and on your Products page once you are live. This page explains how everything combines on a real order.
Per order

Volume tiers
Section titled “Volume tiers”Per-vial prices come in three tiers: tier 1 at 1 to 99 vials a month, tier 2 at 100 to 499, tier 3 at 500+. Your tier is earned, not negotiated:
- What counts: vials shipped in the trailing 30 days.
- Moving up happens the night you cross a tier’s floor (100 or 500 vials).
- Moving down only happens on the 1st of a month, and only if both of the previous two full calendar months were below your current tier’s floor. One slow month never costs you your tier.
- Starting tier comes from the volume you declared when you applied; real shipments take over from the first nightly review.
- LabShipped can pin a tier by agreement (for example during a launch); a pinned tier is not reviewed.
Billing → Your volume tier shows your current tier, vials shipped in the last 30 days, how many more reach the next tier, and the last two months. Products shows the exact per-vial price you pay today for every mapped item. Tier prices are locked for twelve months from signing.
Account fee
Section titled “Account fee”One flat $149 a month for unlimited orders and team seats, billed to a card on the 1st. No tiers, no order caps, no overage.
No charge for
Section titled “No charge for”Storage and receiving of our stock (we own the inventory), label design and revisions, onboarding, store integration, the dashboard. Returns processing is $5.00 per return; a same-day rush label run is $50.
Your own packaging
Section titled “Your own packaging”If you ship us custom boxes, mailers or inserts, we receive them at $15 per inbound shipment and store them at $25 per pallet or $6 per bin a month. Materials you send are held at your risk; we don’t charge storage on anything we own.
