Holds & how to clear them

A hold is an order we can’t ship yet. Your dashboard’s Needs you list shows the ones waiting on you. Clear it and the order goes straight back to the queue.

The carrier could not validate the shipping address (wrong ZIP, missing apartment number, misspelled street). Open the order, correct the address, and click Validate and resubmit. You can also email the customer from the same screen. We never guess an address.

A product on the order has no approved label proof. Go to Products, review the proof, Approve. All orders waiting on that proof release together. If the SKU isn’t mapped yet, map it first; see Products & SKU mapping.

Your available balance is lower than the order’s reserved amount. Either Add funds under Billing (bank transfer, posts in 1 to 2 business days) or turn on auto top-up, which transfers automatically when the balance drops below your threshold. The order ships the day the money posts.

We’re out of a drawing batch for a compound. This is on us. We restock, receive the new lot with its COA, and the order releases automatically. You’ll see the expected date on the order page.

Placed by LabShipped staff, for example a compliance question or a damaged shipment being re-packed. The reason is on the order and we email you.

You turned on Pause new orders under Settings. New orders queue without shipping until you resume. See Pausing new orders.
