Products & SKU mapping

Your store has its own SKUs and product titles. LabShipped has a fixed catalog of compounds and sizes. Mapping tells us which vial to pick when a given SKU is ordered.

  • Automatically, the first time an order with a new SKU arrives. The order holds until the SKU is mapped.
  • By hand, under Products → Add a product, before the first order. Do this for your launch SKUs so nothing holds.

Open Products. Any unmapped SKU is listed at the top with a dropdown of catalog items.

Auto-match reads the compound and dose from your product title and SKU and pre-selects the catalog item:

  • Auto-matched (green): compound and size both recognised, e.g. “BPC-157 5mg Vial” → BPC-157 5mg.
  • Suggested (blue): compound recognised but the size is missing or ambiguous. Check the dropdown.
  • No match: pick the item yourself.

Check every row, then Save mapping. A wrong map ships the wrong vial, so we don’t map anything without your confirmation.

  • The product moves to proof pending. We prepare your label proof for that item; you approve it under Products. See Labels & proofs.
  • Orders that were holding for that SKU are released once the proof is approved.

A store SKU that means “3 vials of BPC-157” or “BPC + bac water” can’t map to a single catalog item. Email [email protected] with the kit contents and we set it up as a kit; kitting is charged per the pricing page.

Mapped items are locked to avoid accidents. To remap, email support with the SKU and the new item. Orders already in production are not affected.
